BOAT INFORMATION

This is a popular cruising and fishing open design.  The forward queen berth is a desirable center line design with easy access from either side of the bed.  This Yacht features a electric fresh water head, full shower enclosure, refrigerator, sink, electric stove, and large comfortable main salon.  Teak and holly floors, teak cabinetry, and ample storage throughout.

Recently added - new Pro Series 1000 Lewmar Anchor Windlass

This Tiara has many new additions in the last six months including: new Bimini, new batteries (6), new battery smart charger, new upholstery, new Ritchie compass, new windshield wiper and motor, new fresh water head, new shower faucet, and new varnish.

A haul out is completed January 2019 with 2 1/2 coats of Petit SR Pro.  Additional work completed at this time is new through hull valves and new rudder post supports.

Electronics include; Furuno NavPilot Autopilot, FCV 11000 Color Sounder, Radar, and Color GPS/Plotter.

Plastimo Coastline Six LifeRaft and EPIRB

CRUSADER engines have new fuel filters (4), new spark plugs and spark plug wires, and all new Manifolds, Risers, and Elbows.  Engine hours are a low low 800 hours.  New oil coolers.

WESTERBEKE 5.0 BCG Generator has a very low less than 150 hours.

The Generator is a newer 5.0 BCG gas 60 HZ, 5 KW generator with a recently installed solenoid choke, with low hours, (less than 150 hours).
