BOAT INTRODUCTION

This beautiful low hour boat has two private cabins and a single head (with a separate shower stall) forward, great electric galley and a very comfortable salon with lots of headroom and two side chairs and seating for 4 around the settee.  Fold-out seating in the cockpit for 4 and twin captains chair on the flybridge with seating for 4 more, plus a double sun pad creates a great opportunity for a true turn-key cruiser with great upgrades.

The salon and forward stateroom have separate Marine Air air conditioning/heat systems and the list goes on. This boat shows with the quality and style of a much larger yacht with its sleek lines, a real head turner at any marina. For full specifications please submit the form "Talk to broker" above.

ACCOMODATIONS

Boarding of the boat is done easily by the fully molded in and exceptionally large swim platform. This platform features a recessed swim ladder and full beam stainless steel handrail. Two self-draining wet lockers are built into the transom for easy line and fender storage. Additionally a fresh water hot and cold Shower for easy rinsing, stainless steel rod holders are found at the transom.

Moving into the cockpit you will find a large uninterrupted deck space perfect for entertaining. Recessed fold down bench seating along the interior transom quickly convert this area into a comfortable lounging space. Multiple storage cabinets offer a generous amount of exterior storage space.

You will also notice molded in stairs not just to the fly-bridge but also to either of the wide side decks making transitioning around the boat easy and safe.

SALON

Entering the salon is done through a very large glass sliding door. Something you typically find on much larger yachts. An easy and simple step down into the salon and you are surrounded by a generous use of beautiful woodwork and a nice quality fabrics to set it off.

The salon will feel very large for a boat this size as it is able to use the full beam of the boat thanks to the elevated exterior side decks. A large u shaped leather settee and dining table are found to port with storage below. A flat panel television with surround sound speakers adds to the entertainment factor this boat is well suited for. Following with a higher end fit and finish typically found in larger yachts. The ships AC and DC panels are lavishly hidden behind a large opening cherry gloss cabinet, providing a very clean and upscale appearance.

The salon is comfortably maintained by a 16K BTU Air Conditioning with reverse heat unit for total comfort at all times of the year. This boat features more storage than any other found in this class. With the engine room located under the cockpit this leaves space for a large opening storage compartment below the salon floor. Large forward and hull side windows flood the boat with natural light.

GALLEY

Just forward of the salon you come to a very large L shaped counter top with plenty of space for both meal preparation and serving. Again following the theme throughout this boat you find more deep storage space above and below the galley.

A double door under counter Nova Kool refrigerator freezer keeps everything cool. A  two burner Origo stove top is concealed under the counter top when not in use. Additionally a GE microwave and coffee maker complete the kitchen.

GUEST STATEROOM

The guest stateroom features the same luxury as the master with a drop down Audiotex television, opening port for natural light and ventilation, as well as AC/Heat ducting.

The standard double single berths can be made into a comfortable full with the supplied filler cushion in place. A hanging locker and double drawer storage provide ample space for your guests.

HEAD

Situated between the master and guest stateroom is a large head with plenty of natural light from the over head fogged skylight and opening port for natural ventilation in conjunction with AC/Heat ducting.

Large enclosed shower and a vacu-flush head make extended stays aboard pleasant.

MASTER STATEROOM

Moving forward into the master stateroom you are greeted with a comfortable double berth.
An overhead opening skylight and dual opening ports bring in great light and ventilation. For those hot or cold evenings the vessels second 16K BTU AC/Heat control is within easy reach.

Dual hanging lockers and large under bed drawer space allow for extended stays. A television brings those late night movies to the comfort of the master suite.

FLYBRIDGE

Access to the fly bridge is up a set of shallow fully molded in stairs from the cockpit. No ladders to climb on this boat. Dual captain chairs for you and your co-captain to enjoy while your guests enjoy the large L shaped bridge seating to the rear.

A large, cushioned sun bathing platform resides just aft of the bridge deck situated into the cockpit overhang. The retractable Bimini top keeps you sheltered from the sun while enjoying this upper deck.

ENGINE ROOM

The engine room is a mechanics dream as the cockpit deck comes up completely to provide complete and easy access for routine maintenance and repairs. Easy access means lower costs from mechanics for labor or easier work for an owner. Low hour Mercruiser 7.4L engines have received full seasonal service and preventive maintenance.

The Starboard engine has been replaced and only has 10 hours on it while the port engine had a recent head rebuild to put the boat in top running condition. Having the engines, generator, and vacu-flush pump under the cockpit separates all heavy noise items front the interior of the vessel. This feature makes for a more enjoyable experience underway or at anchor.

DECK

Molded in stairs both port and starboard provide easy access to the fore deck while Solid stainless steel rails give confidence when traversing fore and aft. A forward cushioned sun bathing area compliments the sun pad on the fly bridge deck.

An electric Lewmar windlass with Delta anchor provides ample holding power while at anchor. Fresh and salt water wash down in the anchor locker allow for proper cleaning of anchor rode.
