BOAT INFORMATION

CARMELLA ROSE is a 41' Kha Shing Aft Cabin Motor Yacht with the space to live your dreams in style.  She features an owner’s stateroom extending across the full beam of the vessel and contains a walk around berth with a shower/tub combination in the master head.

An open salon allows the owner the ability to arrange furniture, such as an included custom settee hide a bed and a table, whatever might suit your fancy. All this space is enclosed in a warm teak interior with teak and holly flooring everywhere.  A second cabin in the bow with its own electric head provides additional guest accommodations.

Economical twin Lehman diesel, a Webasto diesel heat system, electric fresh water heads, an Onan 7.5KW generator (needing a new exhaust manifold) and dripless shaft seals combine to make this vessel a very comfortable home for your cruising plans.

ACCOMODATIONS

Master Stateroom
The master stateroom boasts a full walk around queen size berth. Six opening ports and a deck hatch provide plenty of natural ventilation. A large hanging locker and multiple pull out drawers provide great storage space. The ensuite master head includes a separate shower/tub combination and an electric fresh water Jabsco head.

Salon
A special feature of this salon is the absence of built-in furniture, giving the owner the ability to choose whatever size and style of furniture that suits their taste. The salon windows were pulled and resealed.

The teak and holly sole is in terrific shape. In the forward, starboard portion of the salon, you will find the lower helm with all of your engine and generator controls, radar, VHF radio, depth sounder, compass, and autopilot.  The electronics, as are those on many boats of this vintage, are due for a refresh.

Galley and Dinette
Forward of the salon and down two steps is the galley to port. The galley features an oversized stainless steel sink, a three burner electric stove with oven, microwave and a  Danby refrigerator. The dinette opposite the galley to starboard has seating for four and can be converted into an additional berth.

Forward Stateroom
The forward stateroom offers a double offset berth to port with hanging locker.  There is a second head compartment complete with electric fresh water Jabsco head and shower to starboard.
