BOAT INFORMATION

JAMIE LEE has been meticulously maintained and upgraded to the highest quality, including:

40" pop up flat screen in Salon and 20" flat screen in master berth with DVD players and surround sound including sub-woofer.
New carpet 2018 and wood blinds 2011.
Lots of factory teak and added teak paneling in lower hall, and around inside salon and outside back deck.
Full granite transformation on counters in all rooms.
Fresh water Vacuflush toilet in aft head and salt water toilet in forward head (no need to use fresh water for sea trips).
Oil management system (change all oils with hose to the dock and a switch pump to drain and fill).

VESSEL WALKTHROUGH
Entering the salon through the teak & glass sliding door from the covered aft-deck, you will find wrap-around seating and a custom burl wood table starboard aft, 2 lounge chairs and a table to port, galley port forward, wet bar starboard forward, stairs down to the guest companionway forward and stairs to the raised pilothouse starboard forward. Step down into the guest companionway and you will find the guest head and enclosed shower to starboard, guest stateroom to port, a guest stateroom that has been converted into a hanging closet port forward and the master stateroom forward with ensuite head and enclosed shower. Engine room access is via salon sole hatches.

ACCOMODATIONS

Jamie Lee offers a master stateroom forward with an island queen size berth and ensuite head, a guest stateroom port forward converted to hanging storage but can be used as over/under bunks and a guest stateroom port aft with a queen size berth. The guest head is to starboard.
