BOAT INFORMATION

The long-range trawler “STARLITE” combines traditional nautical looks, American quality and ultimate livability in a yacht that will take you anywhere in the world. Four staterooms, plus Captains quarters and tasteful salon are set within a fine blend of old-world charm and rugged livability. STARLITE has been meticulously maintained and lovingly cared for. Don’t just take my word for it, as you must see her to truly appreciate her.

STARLITE is well-suited for living-aboard on San Francisco Bay or remote cruising in Pacific waters. The current owner is a very experienced yacht owner and updated STARLITE'S interior to bring her to present day standards. To offset the cost of ownership, STARLITE makes a fascinating charter prospect as she is US built and can charter up to 12 passengers.

Don’t miss this opportunity to own a piece of history and have a waterfront San Francisco Bay home for a fraction of the cost of a land-based home.

TRADITIONAL LOOKS

STARLITE is your traditional trawler with a second deck, pilothouse and traditional smoke stack for the dry exhaust of the engines.

A NAUTICAL WORK OF ART

When you step into the salon, you step back in time and enter a time of historic steam ships plying the waters of the California coast. From the exposed timber ceiling beams, to the tasteful ostrich hide Queen Anne chairs, to the nautical lights, nothing has been missed in the salon.

You can comfortably seat eight or more guests for lounging and watching television or listening to music or seat 6 at the table for dinner cooked in the adjacent galley.

A MASTERFUL STATEROOM BUILT FOR ROYALTY

Set in the aft of the boat, you will find the full-width master(ful) stateroom. Here you can sense the touch of nautical history. All the beautiful teak, including the exposed timber ceiling beams makes and custom cabinetry makes you feel relaxed and pampered, like a master on an old sailing vessel.

STARLITE 270JPG

Set within an abundance of teak woodwork is an athwartship island, king-sized walk-around berth with nightstands, a vanity across the boat and large hanging lockers to starboard. The stylish king-size bed has a mahogany headboard. Details include a plush carpet,  hanging closet, entertainment center, doors made of solid wood, round nautical port-holes, a flat-screen TV, washer and drier, and of course, copious amounts of hand-crafted mahogany cabinets.

STARLITE 300
Not only is the master stateroom glorious, there is also an in-suite head that was made for royalty. All custom woodwork is highlighted by granite counters and a full, stand-up shower fit for kings.

CHEF’S GALLEY

Here you will find a complete array of full-size stainless-steel appliances, which include a four-burner electric stove with oven and dishwasher. Moreover, other appliances include a microwave, stainless steel sink, garbage disposal, toaster and coffee maker. The fridge and freezer are generously sized and easy to access. There are numerous cabinets which ensure there’s a place for everything. And there’s ample granite countertop space for creating meals or plating dishes.

STARLITE 170

The tasteful granite counter is arranged for convenience, as cold drinks and appetizers are practically at your arm’s reach when enjoying the salon's comforts or when dining at the dining table for 6.

IMPRESSIVE VIEWS FROM THE PILOT HOUSE

You will find the pilot house up one flight of stairs, separate from the living quarters, but easy to access. Everything you need for running the boat is at your fingertips, including a full array of electronics, all of the engine controls, auto-pilot and powerful bow thruster. When you want to get away, this is the ideal location to drive. The view is spectacular and give you a birds-eye view of your surroundings.

CAPTAIN’S QUARTERS

Upstairs in the pilothouse, you will find the “Captain’s Quarters’ with single berth, head and shower. This is the perfect place for your Captain or guest to hide out and have some privacy, while being close to the helm when underway. The Captain’s quarters are like stepping back in time, to a time when the Captain was in charge and he had the most luxurious accommodations. Here, you will find beautiful teak woodwork with exposed beams keeping the nautical theme of the boat throughout.

STARLITE 250

The Captain/Guest has no need to go below to use the head or taking a shower. There is a separate, full size shower and hidden head in-suite for the Captain or guests use.

A MECHANICS FANTASY

Dropping down a set of stairs next to the entryway into the boat, is the stand-up and walk-around engine room. The engine room was designed to make maintenance easy and safe and is a repairman's fondest dream. Everything is labeled and easy to access. Oil changes are made easy with an oil change pump and system plumbed into the engines.

STARLITE 380

Inside the engine room sits two 6-cylinder, battle-tested, wartime workhorses: we're talking about two venerable Detroit Diesel engines. Introduced in 1938, this engine model brought an end to World War Two. As on the 6th of June, 1944 — D-Day — it powered almost every landing craft to bring soldiers to the beaches of Normandy. For this reason, these engines were designed with muscle in every component.

Starlite 510
Not only will you find the twin Detroit 6-71’s here, but you will also find 2 new 20kw Northern Lights generators, water maker, inverter, air-conditioning units, refrigerator and freezer compressors, as well as other mechanical items. Everything is easy to access and separate and isolated from the living quarters.
