Don Brooke Steel Pilot House Motorsailer built in New Zealand at Export Yachts LTD.  Beautiful African mahogany interior with 4 staterooms, 4 heads, sauna, work shop & engine room.  

True Globe trotter with 1600 gal fuel capacity.  Volvo 168HP Diesel.  15KW genset, Hydronic heating, dishwasher, washer, dryer, & Vacuflush heads.  She has recently had her bottom cleaned with no reported problems underwater but she is due for paint. 

A rigger went aloft and found no problems, the engine and genset have had a mechanic check them out and are in good working order.  She has been out sailing and is ready for her new owner. 


ACCOMODATIONS


Beautiful South African mahogany interior with classic detail throughout.  Entrance to the pilot house from the cockpit is on port.  Pilot House is a comfortable space with two opposing settees port and starboard.   Inside steering, navigation and ship's systems controls are forward with swing out captains chair.  Aft is a refrigerator/freezer and storage.  Going forward down curved staircase is the main salon.  On starboard is a dinette with seating for 8, a brass wood burning fireplace, and a long setteel on the aft end.   Across on port is a large U-shaped galley.  Access to the work shop and engine room is aft of the galley.  Going forward on starboard is a guest stateroom with upper/lower bunks with good storage and private head.  Across on port is a large head with separate stall shower and laundry area with washer and dryer.   The forward stateroom has upper/lower bunks both port and starboard.  The bottom two have an infill cushion to make these lower bunks into a queen size berth.  Two large mahogany clothing dresser's and hanging lockers give great storage.  Going aft from the pilothouse there is another guest stateroom on port  with upper and lower bunks and private head.  Across on starboard is a sauna and a work out room.  The master stateroom is all the way aft with large queen size bunk, a long curved settee, single pilot berth, and a private head with stall shower.
